Artistic Leadership

Jordan Klotz,

Choral conductor, tenor, organist, and carillonneur Jordan Klotz is originally from Rochester, New York. He is a proud alumnus of Westminster Choir College, where he earned a Bachelor of Music in Sacred Music. As Director of Music Ministries at First Presbyterian Church of Metuchen since 2022, Jordan oversees a program of four choirs and four handbell choirs.

An avid choral singer, Jordan has appeared alongside ensembles such as the Philadelphia Orchestra, the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra, and the Orchestra of St. Luke’s in a variety of performances. During the academic year, he sings with the Lux Choir, a semi-professional ensemble serving the Episcopal campus ministry at Princeton University.

In 2021, Jordan served as guest carillonneur at Duke University Chapel and is a member of the carillon studio at the Princeton University Graduate College.

Before beginning his tenure as Artistic Director of Cantabile Chamber Chorale, he was part of the leadership team of Ars Musica Chorale in Ridgewood, New Jersey, as Assistant Conductor.

In those rare moments when he isn’t making music, Jordan enjoys walking, baking, and trips to the opera.
